Responsibility Allowance will be paid to Employees in appointed roles, including Leading Hand, First Aid attendant, Elected Health and Safety Representative and Elected Employee Representative / Union Delegate, in recognition of the management of specific responsibilities or the co-ordination and direction of a number of other Employees on a specific Project.
For clarity, each Employee has the right to determine whether they wish to be represented by an Elected Employee Representative, a Union Delegate another representative of their choosing, or not at all.
