Election Letter definition

Election Letter means an election in the form of Exhibit D to this Series Trust Agreement executed by the Beneficial Owners of the Related Inverse Certificates. Any such election shall be irrevocable and shall bind all future Holders of such Inverse Certificates. The definition of "Maximum Variable Certificates Rate" is hereby amended by adding, following clause (vi) thereof, the following clause (vii):
Election Letter is hereby included in Section 1.1 of the Standard Terms:
