Electronic Access Agreement definition

Electronic Access Agreement means the agreement that governs your electronic access to our services;
Electronic Access Agreement means the agreement governing your use of Online Banking, as may be amended from time to time, and which you can view by selecting the “Legal” link at the bottom of most CIBC Online Banking pages.
Electronic Access Agreement means the electronic access agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit Y.

  • There are no representations, warranties, terms, conditions, undertakings or collateral agreements, express, implied or statutory, between the parties other than as expressly set out in this Agreement, the CIBC Convenience Banking Service Agreement, the CIBC Electronic Access Agreement, the Signature Card, and the Disclosure Documentation, and any amendments to these documents.

  • It is important that you read and understand the CIBC Convenience Banking Service Agreement and the CIBC Electronic Access Agreement because they contain terms and conditions regarding the confidentiality of PINs or passwords and possible liability to you arising from the selection or disclosure of PINs or passwords.

  • If there is a confict between this Agreement and the CIBC Debit Agreement or CIBC Electronic Access Agreement, this Agreement will govern to the extent necessary to resolve the confict.

  • The terms of this Agreement, the CIBC Convenience Banking Service Agreement, the CIBC Electronic Access Agreement, the Personal Deposit Account and CIBC Overdraft Protection Service Application, and the Disclosure Documentation we provide to you, and any amendments to these documents, form the entire agreement between you and CIBC regarding your account (except where this Agreement states otherwise).

  • If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the CIBC Debit Agreement or CIBC Electronic Access Agreement, this Agreement will govern to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
