Electronic Access Agreement definition

Electronic Access Agreement means the agreement that governs your electronic access to our services;
Electronic Access Agreement means the agreement governing your use of Online Banking, as may be amended from time to time, and which you can view by selecting the “Legal” link at the bottom of most CIBC Online Banking pages.
Electronic Access Agreement means the electronic access agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit Y.

The term includes any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-pipe, e-hookah, or vape pen, or under any other product name or descriptor.
