Technical Manuals. Contractor shall sell and deliver to the City and County of Honolulu the technical manuals set forth in the Bid Proposal, Special Provisions, pages 2 through 4 (the "Technical Manuals").
Technical Manuals. Technical Manuals (TM’s) provide technical planning, design, and construction guidance which is mandatory for all ARNG facilities on Federal property and, except for those cases where there is a contradictory State requirement, on State property. (Facilities and Construction Office.) Environmental Documents: Federal, State, and local environmental laws, regulations, and policies which include Executive Orders and Department of Defense Directives, where State and local environmental requirements are more stringent, these requirements would generally apply with supporting justification. Other Documents: Field Manuals (FM’s), Training Circulars (TC’s), etc., provide general information. Their use is mandatory when invoked by a regulatory document. Technical Manuals. Technical manuals support database, system, and application administrators in installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the system. Topics include the following:
(a) Installation;
(b) Navigation;
(c) User management;
(d) Configuration;
(e) System monitoring and troubleshooting;
(f) Back-up and maintenance; and,
(g) Disaster recovery.
Technical Manuals. The Contractor shall develop operator, unit, direct support, and general support maintenance technical manual (TM 10-4610-309-14) and repair parts and special tools list (RPSTL) (TM 10-4610-309-24P), IAW MIL-STD-40051A, Department of Defense Standard Practice, Preparation of Digital Technical Information for Multi-Output Presentation of Technical Manuals, 15 Feb 2001. MIL-HDBK-1222, Department of Defense Handbook, Guide to the General Style and Format of US Army Work Package Technical Manuals, 15 Feb 2001 (for guidance only) IAW Attachment 12 (See Section J, Attachment 12 Additional Requirements for Table A.1, TM Matrix of MIL-STD-40051A) . The manual shall be a system manual that covers all of the components of the TWPS system. The Technical Manuals shall be formatted and delivered in accordance with: MIL-STD-40051A, Notice 1. Department of Defense Standard Practice, Preparation of Digital Technical Information for Multi-Output Presentation of Technical Manuals and CDRL A009/A015
Technical Manuals. Any technical manuals owned by the City which are associated with LIGHT DUTY VEHICLES of the City shall be held in custody by the Contractor and surrendered upon termination of this Contract. The listing of manuals shall be made and attached to this Contract upon the signing of this Contract.
Technical Manuals. The Contractor shall prepare or maintain system level technical manuals. The system technical manuals may be Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM). (CDRL A008; A010 through A024)
Technical Manuals. The contractor shall produce technical manuals from digital files provided by the contracting activity as Government Furnished Information. The contractor shall package one (1) technical manual with each system delivered.
Technical Manuals. The contractor shall provide TM deliveries for the manuals developed for Government review. These shall be in the form of a PTM or a Final Reproducible Copy (FRC). The EHET Trailer specific Operator and Maintenance Manual shall be a military standard Electronic Technical Manual (ETM) and must have DTC hyperlinks to the corresponding troubleshooting track. The contractor shall ensure deliveries include resolution of comments and recommendations resulting from Government reviews, contractor validation, Maintainability Evaluation, Operational Testing, Government Verifications, and IKPT. The contractor shall provide additional updates and reviews based on results of Government's PTM or FRC review(s) at no additional cost to the Government. The contractor shall develop and deliver the technical manuals IAW CDRL A052, Technical Manual. A printed copy of the FRC Operator/Maintenance TM shall be included as part of the EHETS Trailer BII. The contractor shall provide a FRC delivery including the complete publication(s) compliant with MIL-PRF-32216A Evaluation of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Manuals and Preparation of Supplemental Data, MIL-STD-40051-2C Preparation of Digital Technical Information for Page-Based Technical Manuals (TMs) and representative of the final configuration of the end item. For page based FRC deliveries, the contractor shall deliver running sheets concurrently with the manual. The contractor shall plan for and ensure the incorporation of ECPs implemented during the production of test assets or testing within the Provisioning, PTM, and TSP development process. The contractor shall incorporate information from the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Transportability Certification into the Technical Manuals, which will be provided by the Government prior to TM verification. The contractor shall develop and deliver the following technical manuals and deliver IAW CDRL A052 Technical Manuals:
Technical Manuals. The requirement for technical manuals should be considered when this specification is applied on a contract. If technical manuals are required, specifications and standards that have been cleared and listed in DoD 5010.12-L, Acquisition Management Systems and Data Requirements Control List (AMSDL) must be listed on a separate Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423), which is included as an exhibit to the contract. The technical manuals must be acquired under a separate contract line item in the contract.
Technical Manuals. The overall format for the manuals will be commercial. Each technical manual will have a title page. Line art will be used to the maximum extent possible for illustrations and parts lists. One complete set of engine and transmission parts, service and operator’s manuals will be packed with each vehicle.
a. The contractor will provide digitized manuals in CD format when requested in addition to or in place of printed paper copies.
b. The contractor will provide two complete sets of hardcopy manuals and / or CDs when requested.
