Electronic Filing Service Provider definition

Electronic Filing Service Provider means an electronic filing service provider appointed under regulation 5;
Electronic Filing Service Provider. (EFSP) means an approved vendor for electronic filing in the State of Illinois at http://efile.illinoiscourts.gov/service-providers.htm.
Electronic Filing Service Provider. (EFSP) means the service provided by the court or vendor designated by the court for e-filing and e-service of documents via the Internet. The service may be accessed at http://www.justice.gov.mp or in person at the courthouse using a Public Access Terminal.
