Phone/Electronic Transaction means any (1) redemption of shares issued by an Investment Company, (2) election concerning dividend options available to Fund shareholders, (3) exchange of shares in a registered account of one Fund into shares in an identically registered account of another Fund in the same complex pursuant to exchange privileges of the two Funds, or (4) purchase of shares issued by an Investment Company, which redemption, election, exchange or purchase is requested by voice over the telephone or through an Electronic Transmission.
electronic transaction means a paperless transfer of funds to or from a trust or fiduciary account. Electronic transactions do not include transfers initiated by voice or automated teller or cash dispensing machines.

Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.

Electronic Tracking Agreement means an Electronic Tracking Agreement among Buyer, Seller, MERS and MERSCORP, Inc., to the extent applicable.
Electronic Transactions Law means the Electronic Transactions Law (2003 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.
Electronic Ticket means the Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or on our behalf, the Electronic Coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.
Electronic transmission prescription means any prescription, other than an oral or written
Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
Electronic information means any information stored in an electronic form (including but not limited to binary-encoded information).
Electronic Transmission means each document, instruction, authorization, file, information and any other communication transmitted, posted or otherwise made or communicated by e-mail or E-Fax, or otherwise to or from an E-System or other equivalent service.
Electronic Transactions Act means the Electronic Transactions Act (As Revised) of the Cayman Islands.
Electronic Protected Health Information has the same meaning as the term “electronic protected health information” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to Protected Health Information created or received by Business Associate from or on behalf of Covered Entity. For the convenience of the parties, Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is (i) transmitted by electronic media; (ii) maintained in electronic media.
Electronic act means the creation or transmission originated on or off the schoolsite, by means of an electronic device, including, but not limited to, a telephone, wireless telephone, or other wireless communication device, computer, or pager, of a communication, including, but not limited to, any of the following:
Electronic Submission means a successful submittal of Offeror’s proposal.
Electronic voting system means a secured voting system based process of display of electronic ballots, recording of votes of the Members and the number of votes polled in favour or against, in such a manner that the entire voting exercised by way of electronic means gets registered and counted in an electronic registry in a centralized server with adequate cyber security.
Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI) means Protected Health Information that is transmitted by electronic media or maintained in any medium described in the definition of electronic media at 45 CFR 160.103.
Electronic terminal means an elec- tronic device, other than a telephone operated by a consumer, through which a consumer may initiate an electronic fund transfer. The term includes, but is not limited to, point-of-sale terminals, automated teller machines, and cash dispensing machines.
Electronic Notice shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 13 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.
Electronic filing means a document that is filed under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format or the act of filing a document under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format, as the context indicates;
Content of an electronic communication means information concerning the substance or meaning of the communication which:
Electronic Signatures means any electronic symbol or process attached to, or associated with, any contract or other record and adopted by a person with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such contract or record.
Electronic Records means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Protected Health Information or PHI means any information, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium: (i) that relates to the past, present or future physical or mental condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; and (ii) that identifies the individual or with respect to which there is a reasonable basis to believe the information can be used to identify the individual, and shall have the meaning given to such term under the Privacy Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.501. Protected Health Information includes Electronic Protected Health Information [45 C.F.R. Sections 160.103, 164.501].
Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.
