Eligible Antigen definition

Eligible Antigen means a Research Antigen which satisfies the criteria of Exhibit B as determined by the JMC pursuant to Section 3.2 below or the arbitrator pursuant to Section 3.5 below, and which is not an Optioned Antigen.
