Eligible Construction Project definition

Eligible Construction Project means a Construction Project within the healthcare sector for a Level 6 hospital or specialised hospital of at least 300 beds whether private or publicly owned, carried out by the Prospective Bidder or a Qualifying Shareholder or a Construction Contractor, in each case as the main or principal contractor in which the construction has been completed in the ten (10) years preceding the RFQ Submission Date.
Eligible Construction Project means a project for construction of sewage treatment works, community public water systems, nonprofit non- community public water systems or for a project for the application of best management practices as set forth in the approved state water quality plan, in related project areas:
Eligible Construction Project means a Construction Project with respect to which (i) all conditions precedent to inclusion in the Borrowing Base as a Construction Project have been satisfied, and (ii) an Eligible Project Certificate has been executed by the Borrowers and delivered to the Agent, together with all related documents required to be delivered to the Agent as therein or herein specified.

  • An Eligible Project may qualify as one or more of an Eligible PPP Project, an Eligible Construction Project and an Eligible O&M Project.

More Definitions of Eligible Construction Project

Eligible Construction Project means any capital project paid for wholly or in part by the City for the construction or renovation of any building, park, highway or arterial, streetscape or road beautification, bridge, transit or aviation facility, trail or bikeway, parking facility, above-grade utility, or any portion thereof, to which the public has access or which is visible from a public right-of-way.
Eligible Construction Project means an Eligible Project carried out by the Prospective Bidder or a Qualifying Shareholder or their Affiliate or a Construction Contractor, in each case as the main or principal contractor, in which construction has been completed in ten (10) years preceding the RFQ Submission Date, consisting of not less than 80 Lane-­‐ km.
Eligible Construction Project means any addition, renovation or new construction for a commercial or industrial use that requires a City of Meadow Lake building permit valued at $50,000 or more and has been obtained after December 31, 2018.

Related to Eligible Construction Project

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Commenced Construction means (a) all of the following site preparation work is completed: ingress and egress routes exist; the site on which the Project will be located is cleared and graded; there is power service to the site; footings are prepared; and foundations have been poured consistent with purchased equipment specifications and project design; or (b) the following financial commitments have been made: (i) (A) an engineering, procurement, and construction contract (“EPC”) has been executed by all parties and is effective; or (B) contracts (collectively, “EPC Equivalents”) for all of the following have been executed by all parties and is effective: (1) project engineering, (2) procurement of all major equipment, and (3) construction of the Project, and (ii) the cumulative payments made by the Developer under the EPC or EPC Equivalents to the counterparties to those respective agreements is equal to at least thirty (30) percent of the total costs of the EPC or EPC Equivalents.

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature. Such activities include, but are not limited to, installation of building supports and foundations, laying of underground pipework, and construction of permanent storage structures. With respect to a change in method of operation, this term refers to those on-site activities, other than preparatory activities, which mark the initiation of the change.
