Eligible Equity Shares definition
Eligible Equity Shares means Equity Share Capital of the offeror provided that, (i) the offeror is a limited liability company (or equivalent) incorporated in or established under the laws of a European Union member state, a state within the European Economic Area or an OECD member state; and (ii) such Equity Share Capital is listed and admitted to trading on an EEA Regulated Market; and (iii) the Equity Share Free Float in respect of such Equity Share Capital shall have been not less than 20 per cent. of the issued and outstanding Equity Share Capital on each of the 30 consecutive Trading Days ending on and including the Final Date;
Eligible Equity Shares means shares in the Equity Share Capital of a company or entity incorporated or established under the laws of an OECD member state and which are listed or traded on a recognised national or international stock exchange, provided that the Equity Share Free Float in respect of such Equity Share Capital shall have been not less than 15 per cent. of the issued and outstanding Equity Share Capital on each of the 30 consecutive Trading Days ending on and including the Final Date;

Eligible Equity Shares means Equity Share Capital of the offeror provided that, (i) such Equity Share Capital is listed and admitted to trading on an internationally recognised stock exchange; and (ii) the Equity Share Free Float in respect of such Equity Share Capital shall have been not less than 15 per cent. of the issued and outstanding Equity Share Capital on each of the 30 consecutive Trading Days ending on and including the Final Date;
