Eligible Existing Facility definition

Eligible Existing Facility means an existing, licensed, operating Electricity generation or storage facility that is registered or is able to become registered in the IESO-Administered Markets; and that, at any time since January 1, 2020, has been the subject of a contract with the Buyer or the Ontario Electricity Financing Corporation, or a commitment under the Capacity Auction, for the delivery of Electricity, Capacity Product or Ancillary Services.
