Eligible Improvement definition

Eligible Improvement means any improvement, construction, equipping, installation or modification of or to, as the case may be, an Eligible Building, if designed to (i) facilitate renewable energy production and distribution, (ii) increase energy efficiency, or (iii) increase water usage efficiency.

Eligible Improvement means alterations, repairs, or improvements to an existing dwelling unit that substantially protect or improve the basic livability of the unit.

Eligible Improvement is a renewable energy improvement, energy efficiency improvement or other improvement authorized by the Improvement Act, the Xxxxx-Xxxx Act or other state law pertaining to voluntary contractual assessments.

Examples of Eligible Improvement in a sentence

• The “Net Book Value of Leasehold Improvements” shall be the sum of the unamortized portion (as of the effective date of the applicable termination) of the Cost of Eligible Improvements for each Eligible Improvement directly affected by such deletion or termination.

More Definitions of Eligible Improvement

Eligible Improvement means newly constructed improvements to real estate within the Enterprise Zone intended to accommodate new or expanded commercial or industrial operations as determined by the Zone Administrator.

Eligible Improvement means the initial acquisition and installation of clean energy, energy efficiency, or water efficiency improvements for both existing properties and new construction, as further prescribed in this chapter and the Program Guide.

Eligible Improvement means any improvement, renovation, addition, construction, installation, modification of or to, a Property or a building located on a Property, if designed to (i) facilitate renewable energy production and distribution, (ii) reduce energy consumption, or (iii) reduce water consumption.

Eligible Improvement means a building or part of a building for which a tax exemption under this Bylaw is granted.
