Eligible Improvement definition

Eligible Improvement means any improvement, construction, equipping, installation or modification of or to, as the case may be, an Eligible Building, if designed to (i) facilitate renewable energy production and distribution, (ii) increase energy efficiency, or (iii) increase water usage efficiency.
Eligible Improvement means alterations, repairs, or improvements to an existing dwelling unit that substantially protect or improve the basic livability of the unit.
Eligible Improvement is a renewable energy improvement, energy efficiency improvement or other improvement authorized by the Improvement Act, the Xxxxx-Xxxx Act or other state law pertaining to voluntary contractual assessments.

Examples of Eligible Improvement in a sentence

More Definitions of Eligible Improvement

Eligible Improvement means newly constructed improvements to real estate within the Enterprise Zone intended to accommodate new or expanded commercial or industrial operations as determined by the Zone Administrator.
