Eligible Insurer definition

Eligible Insurer means an insurance company which (a) is rated at least “A” by A.M. Best Company, (b) has an equivalent rating from another rating agency of internationally recognized standing or (c) otherwise is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Eligible Insurer means and refer to an insurer or governmental guarantor of a mortgage or trust deed who has requested notice in writing of certain matters from the Association in accordance with this Declaration.
Eligible Insurer or “Eligible Guarantor” shall mean an Insurer or Guarantor of a Mortgage that has provided a written request for notices to the Village Association stating both its name and address and the Unit number or address of the Unit on which it guarantees or insures the Mortgage.

Examples of Eligible Insurer in a sentence

  • Any condemnation loss or any casualty loss which affects a material portion of the Project or any Unit on which there is a Mortgage held, insured, or guaranteed by such Eligible Insurer or Guarantor.

  • Any delinquency in the payment of Assessments owed by an Owner of a Unit subject to a Mortgage held, insured or guaranteed by such Eligible Insurer or Guarantor, which delinquency remains uncured for a period of sixty days.

  • Until such time thereafter as the Eligible Insurer or Guarantor withdraws the request by further written notice to the Village Board or the Mortgage related thereto is satisfied of record, the Village Board shall send to the requesting Eligible Insurer or Guarantor a copy of all matters listed in clause (13.3.1) through (13.3.8) of Section 13.3.

  • Any Eligible Insurer or Guarantor may file with the Secretary of the Village Board a written request that it be given copies of notices.

  • Eligible Mortgage Holder shall mean a holder of a first mortgage on a Living Unit who has requested notice of certain matters from the Association pursuant to Article V Eligible Insurer or Guarantor shall mean an insurer or governmental guarantor of a first mortgage who has requested or notice of certain matters pursuant to Article V.


More Definitions of Eligible Insurer

Eligible Insurer means an insurer or governmental guarantor of a Mortgage held by an Eligible Mortgage holder which has delivered written notice to the Association in the same fashion as described in Subparagraph 1.2.5. stating the name and address of such insurer of guarantor and containing the same information and statements with respect to such insurer or guarantor that are required pursuant to Subparagraph 1.2.5. with respect to such holder.
