Section 15.8. 47 The District will pass through any State funded salary or cost of living increase to all bargaining unit 48 members including non-BEA funded positions. Employees hired on or before February 29 will receive one 2 (1) year work experience for the following school year.
Section 15.8. 11 All hours worked, including extra trips, shall be counted toward retirement credit for drivers.

Section 15.8. 13 An employee directed by the District to work in a higher paying classification will be paid at the rate 14 of the higher classification for such work performed. Employees directed by the District to work in a 15 lower paid classification in lieu of working in their regular classification will be paid at their regular 16 rate of pay for such work performed. 18 Regular employees who accept hourly work in addition to their regularly assigned hours of work shall 19 receive their regular wage or the Journey Step for the work to be performed, whichever is higher.
