Eligible provider means an incumbent local exchange carrier as defined in section 251(h) of the telecommunications act of 1996, 47 USC 251, that as of January 1, 2009 had rates for intrastate switched toll access services higher than its rates for the same interstate switched toll access services, and that provides the services and functionalities identified by rules of the federal communications commission described at 47 CFR 54.101(a).
Eligible program means a program of education or training which:
Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.
Service Providers has the meaning set out in Section 9(e).
Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.
Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”). Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.
Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:

Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).
Qualified medical provider means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Eligible Persons or “Households” means one or more natural persons or a family who pays 30 percent of their household income toward their monthly rent and is determined by Grantee to be eligible for rental assistance under this Agreement.
Replacement Service Provider means any third party service provider appointed to perform the Services by the Purchaser from time to time.
Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.
Non-Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or a facility which has not been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
Data Providers means pricing vendors, analytics providers, brokers, dealers, investment managers, Authorized Persons, Subcustodians, Depositories and any other Person providing Market Data to the Custodian.
Eligible Users means those authorized to use State Cooperative Contracts and includes the State of Utah’s government departments, institutions, agencies, political subdivisions (e.g., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts.
Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Eligible patient means an individual who meets all of the following conditions:
The Provider means the Authorised Financial Services Provider
Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
The Service Provider means the Bidder or firm supplying the Services under this Contract.
payment service provider means a person whose business includes the provision of transfer of funds services;
Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.
Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.
