Eligible Receipt means an original machine-printed sales receipt issued on the date of transaction by a merchant for an eligible transaction at the ifc mall. The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”) and International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. (“ifc”) do not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts, and reserve the right not to accept any receipts that BEA and ifc suspect to be invalid, forged, or issued for spurious transactions, or on other grounds without any need to explain.
