Eligible Sponsor definition

Eligible Sponsor means a person or a private or public for-profit or not-for-profit entity that applies for an award under CRF for the purpose of providing Eligible Housing for Eligible Persons.
Eligible Sponsor means any housing corporation, limited−profit entity or nonprofit corporation or any other entity meeting criteria established by the authority and which is orga- nized to provide housing for persons and families of low and mod- erate income.
