  • Disciplinary probation means a status in which a student may remain enrolled in the university only upon the condition that the student complies with specified standards of conduct or other requirements or restrictions on privileges, for a specified period of time, not to exceed two years.

  • Disciplinary change in placement means a suspension or removal from a student’s current educational placement that is either:

  • Termination Assistance means the activities to be performed by the Supplier pursuant to the Exit Plan, and any other assistance required by the Customer pursuant to the Termination Assistance Notice;

State adoption assistance is authorized by ORS 418.330 to 418.335.

  • Specific learning disability (SLD) means a heterogeneous group of conditions wherein there is a deficit in processing language, spoken or written, that may manifest itself as a difficulty to comprehend, speak, read, write, spell, or to do mathematical calculations and includes such conditions as perceptual disabilities, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia and developmental aphasia.

  • Direct Award Criteria means the award criteria to be applied for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Standard Services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Award Criteria) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.
