Employee Related Liabilities means Liabilities to be designated as NYC Allocated Liabilities, PRR Allocated Liabilities or Corporate Level Liabilities pursuant to Article VI.

"Environmental Liabilities" means any and all Liabilities arising in connection with or in any way relating to any Asset (or formerly held Asset) and which arise under or relate to matters covered by any Environmental Laws. "Equipment" means all freight car rolling stock, ca- booses, trailers, containers, end of train devices, locomotives and Work Equipment of CRR, CRC or their respective Affiliates, whether owned or leased.
