Employee Trustee definition

Employee Trustee means an employee of the company appointed to be a Trustee from time to time pursuant to Article 21;
Employee Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(d).
Employee Trustee or “Employee appointee” means a Trustee appointed by one of the Academic Staff Associations.

Employee Trustee or “Union Trustee” shall mean the Trustees appointed by the Automobile Mechanics’ Local No. 701, on behalf of the Union, as hereinafter provided, and such Trustees shall represent all Employees as defined herein and their families and dependents, as appropriate, according to provisions of the Plan.
Employee Trustee means where so approved by the Board the trustee or trustees (acting in their capacity as such) of any employees’ share scheme (including any employee benefit trust) established by the Company.
