Local No. 702, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers pledge themselves to promote the mutual interest of the parties to this Agreement and to continue present amicable relations between the Company and employees, members of the Local Union, to observe the Company's rules and regulations, insofar as they do not conflict with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, discipline such of its members who may violate such rules and regulations; to advertise the standing of the Company throughout the usual channels as a Union concern, and to use the organization's good office in behalf of the Company in every honorable manner.
Local No. 1180 and Employee shall release, indemnify, defend, and hold the City harmless against any claims made and against the Employer as a result of this Article or because of any provisions stated in this Article.
Local No. 1 shall have reasonable access to the school mail system, subject to reasonable regulation, in order to facilitate the conduct of its business. Local No. 1 may use employee mailboxes for communication to classified employees.

16.04. This Agreement in no way prohibits the supervisory and technical forces of the Company from executing such work or commissions as may be necessary or required in the interest of operation, maintenance and delivering of service by the Company. This provision will not result in the replacement of any regular employee.
Local No. 6 shall have a permanent office address with telephone service, where their Business Manager of Business Agent or authorized officer can be communicated with between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. each working day for purpose of answering inquiries and providing information necessary to the trade.

Local No. 6 agrees there shall be no limitations or restrictions placed upon the individual working effort of its membership. The Employer agrees not to require any minimum production requirements. No employee shall be required or permitted to work on piecework. No employer shall create a piecework system. There shall be no tallying of linear footage, square footage, units of work and/or similar counting systems allowed by the individual members.
