Employer Discretionary Contribution definition

Employer Discretionary Contribution means discretionary profit sharing contributions made to the Plan on behalf of a Participant.
Employer Discretionary Contribution means the deferred compensation amount credited to the Employer Discretionary Contribution Account with respect to a Participant at the Employer's sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with Section 3.8 hereof.
Employer Discretionary Contribution or "Discretionary Contribution" means a contribution under Section 4.2 by Employer on behalf of a Participant.

  • A Participant shall have a vested right to the portion of his or her Account attributable to Employer Discretionary Contribution(s) and any earnings or losses on the investment of such Employer Discretionary Contribution(s) according to such vesting schedule as the Employer shall determine at the time an Employer Discretionary Contribution is made.

  • Each Eligible Employee shall become a Participant at the earlier of the date on which his or her Deferral Election first becomes effective or the date on which an Employer Discretionary Contribution is first credited to his or her Account.

More Definitions of Employer Discretionary Contribution

Employer Discretionary Contribution means a special Employer contribution to an Account which is not an elective deferral of Compensation by a Participant. Rules are set forth in Section 5.
