Discretionary Employer Contribution definition

Discretionary Employer Contribution means a contribution made by the Employer pursuant to Section 6.1(a).
Discretionary Employer Contribution means a Contribution made by an Employer which is unrelated to any Participant Contributions, as described under Section 3.05.
Discretionary Employer Contribution means a Contribution (including a Special SCA Discretionary Contribution and a Special SCA Compliance Contribution) made by an Employer which is unrelated to any Participant Contributions, as described under Section 3.06.

Discretionary Employer Contribution means the amount contributed by the Employer in accordance with Section 5.1.
