Employer Party. The Employer
Employer Party has the meaning in Section 13.1(c).
Employer Party means a registered employer’ organisation which is party to this agreement; “establishment” (except for the purposes of clauses 60 and 61) means all of the places at which the employer employs an employee to perform work for which a wage is prescribed in this agreement;

  • This Agreement provides for the sole and exclusive benefits for which Executive is eligible as a result of his separation of service with the Employer Parties, except as otherwise required by law, and Executive shall not be eligible for any contractual benefits under any other agreement or arrangement providing for benefits upon a separation from service, including, but not limited to, any payments any severance plan, policy or program of any Employer Party.

  • Each Employer Party agrees that such Employer Party’s officers and directors shall not defame or disparage Executive or his performance as an officer, director or employee of the Employer Parties.

  • LifeMap shall control the defense and any related settlement negotiations, but shall not enter into any settlement agreement involving admission of any negligence or wrongdoing by Mount Sinai or any Mount Sinai Indemnified Person without Mount Sinai’s prior written consent.

  • Upon the termination of the Employment Period for any reason and as and when otherwise requested by any Employer Party, all Confidential Information (including, without limitation, all data, memoranda, customer lists, notes, programs and other papers and items, and reproductions thereof relating to the foregoing matters) in the Executive’s possession or control shall be immediately returned to the Company.

  • Employer/Owner means the DAKSHIN HARYANA BIJLI VITRAN NIGAM and the legal successors in title to the Employer/Owner but not (Except with the consent of the Contractor) any assignees of the Employer/Owner.

  • ERISA Affiliate means any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) that, together with the Borrower, is treated as a single employer under Section 414(b) or (c) of the Code or, solely for purposes of Section 302 of ERISA and Section 412 of the Code, is treated as a single employer under Section 414 of the Code.
