Employer Premises definition

Employer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Employer or its Affiliates which are made available for use by the Contractor or its sub-contractors for carrying out of the Works (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence;
Employer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Employer or its Affiliates which are made available for use by the Contractor or its Subcontractors for provision of the service (or any of them) on the terms set out in this contract or any separate agreement or licence;
