Employing Party definition

Employing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(d)(i).

Examples of Employing Party in a sentence

• In the application of this Agreement, the Company whose Group includes the issuing corporation shall indemnify such Employing Party for any such withholding Taxes, except to the extent that the Company whose Group includes the issuing corporation shall have remitted such amount to such Employing Party or to the applicable Tax Authority.

• That Post Holder is not exercising functions delegated by the Non-Employing Party to the Employing Party.

• The Employing Party of any Designated Joint Appointment in accordance with Paragraph 22 below shall be as agreed by the Parties and that Employing Party agrees to make the New Post Holder available to the Non-Employing Party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
