Employment Continuation Agreement definition

Employment Continuation Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Employment Continuation Agreement by and among John Hancock Life Insurance Company, John Hancock Financial Servxxxx, Xxx. xnd Executive, dated as of Xxxoxxx 00, 2001, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Employment Continuation Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Employment Continuation Agreement by and among Xxxx Xxxxxxx Life Insurance Company, Xxxx Xxxxxxx Financial Services, Inc. and Executive, dated as of October 15, 2001, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Employment Continuation Agreement means a written agreement, which outlines the conditions governing an Employee’s return to work and the consequences for failing to meet those conditions.

Examples of Employment Continuation Agreement in a sentence

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the matters referred to herein, and completely supersedes and replaces any prior Employment Continuation Agreement (including any such amended and restated agreement) between the Executive and the Company and/or an Affiliate.
