Fire apparatus definition

Fire apparatus means a vehicle operated by a fire depart- ment and used for emergency operations to transport personnel and equipment and to support the suppression of fires and mitiga- tion of other hazardous situations.
Fire apparatus means vehicles and equipment of a Party used in performing Fire Services.
