End User Rights definition

  • If You receive access to the UPS Developer Kit API as part of a Third Party Solution, You will not receive API Technical Documentation and have no right to develop or distribute an Application, and the remainder of this End User Rights Article 2 does not apply to Your use of any UPS Developer Kit API through such Third Party Solution.

  • Capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set forth on General Terms and Conditions Exhibit A attached hereto and End User Rights Exhibit A.

  • You must provide UPS access to an Application (as defined in the End User Rights) upon the request of UPS for the purpose of determining the Application’s compatibility with the UPS Systems, and Your compliance with this Agreement and the applicable API Technical Documentation.


More Definitions of End User Rights

End User Rights means, with respect to a specified software component of the Licensed Software, (i) the right to reproduce such software component, solely as necessary to install and make backups of such software component in accordance with the applicable end user license agreement; and (ii) perform and display such software component, solely as necessary to use such software component in accordance with the applicable end user license agreement.

Related to End User Rights

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.
