End User Workplace definition

End User Workplace or “EUW” means workplace or station consisting usually of PC, printer and other peripherals created by the Supplier for the Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and as specified in Annex No 2.
End User Workplace means workplace or station created by Supplier for a Customer based by and on terms of this Agreement. 1.1.1. „Koncové pracoviště“ znamená stanici zřízenou Dodavatelem pro Objednatele na základě a za podmínek dle této Smlouvy.

  • From the moment of delivery until the risk transfers to Customer, Customer shall ensure that the Hardware comprising the End User Workplace shall be kept in a secure storage room with appropriate environmental conditions (Supplier shall notify Customer of these) with access only by authorised Customer personnel.

  • The risk of loss of the End User Workplace passes to the Customer to the date of the Installation of the respective EUW according to EUW Installation Schedule.

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Users means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Subscription Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Subscription Service.

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.
