Energy Fee definition

Energy Fee means the fee to be paid by Hai Hua to the Company pursuant to Section 6.1 of this Contract. EXECUTION VERSION
Energy Fee means the component of the Contract Price allocated to pay for the fuel, including Governmental Charges, designated as the Energy Fee in Schedule 1 as adjusted from time to time due to changes in the delivered price of fuel.
Energy Fee. The fees payable pursuant to Subsection 8.3.2.

Examples of Energy Fee in a sentence

  • Customer shall pay the Energy Fee on or before the last day of the month following the month in which the Invoice is issued (the “Due Date”).

  • Customer shall pay to CPDC Solar the Energy Fee on a monthly basis, from the Commissioning Date through the end of the Term.

  • Energy Fee refers to the compensation paid for the activation of the reserve.

  • Without altering the Due Date set forth in Section 2.C., Customer shall have thirty (30) days following the date of any Invoice to dispute the Energy Fee set forth thereon, and shall waive its right to dispute such fee thereafter.

  • Clean Energy Fee: $1.00 per credit (Max $20.00)The Evergreen State College students voted to have a mandatory Clean Energy fee assessed on a per credit basis up to 20 credits each quarter to offset the electricity that The Evergreen State College uses with the purchase of clean renewable energy.

  • The approved base rates are as follows: (A) Capacity Fee (PhP/kW/month) - 278 (2012), 296 (2013), 323 (2014) and 305 (2015); (B) Fixed O&M Fee (PhP/kW/month) - 239; (C) Energy Fee (PhP/kWh) - 0.14864; and (D) Fuel and Lube Oil Rate - Pass thru cost based on fuel consumption rates of 0.2358 liter/kWh or actual, whichever is lower, for Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) and 0.0024 liter/kWh or actual, whichever is lower, for Lube Oil (LO).

  • The approved base rates are as follows: (A) Capacity Fee (PhP/kW/month) - 344 (2011), 278 (2012) and 296 (2013); (B) Fixed O&M Fee (PhP/kW/month) - 239; (C) Energy Fee (PhP/kWh) - 0.14864; and (D) Fuel and Lube Oil Rate - Pass thru cost based on fuel consumption rates of 0.2210 liter/kWh or actual, whichever is lower, for Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) and 0.00313 liter/kWh or actual, whichever is lower, for Lube Oil (LO).

  • The Company shall be entitled to recover such costs (including transportation costs where applicable) through payment by Hai Hua of the Energy Fee outlined in Appendix III.

Related to Energy Fee

  • Energy Payment The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.

  • energy poverty means a household’s lack of access to essential energy services that underpin a decent standard of living and health, including adequate warmth, cooling, lighting, and energy to power appliances, in the relevant national context, existing social policy and other relevant policies;

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st

  • Net energy billing means a billing and metering practice under which a customer-generator is billed on the basis of net energy over the billing period.

For the avoidance of doubt, “Renewable Energy Credits” shall not include any ITC, State Renewable Energy Incentives or other tax benefits, credits, or incentives.

  • Renewable Energy Credit has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12(h) and CPUC Decision 00-00-000, as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Energy Star means the U.S. EPA’s energy efficiency product labeling program.

  • Energy Resource means a Generating Facility that is not a Capacity Resource.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.
