Mechanical Engineer. Duties [6.2] : The mechanical engineer is responsible for all aspects of mechanical engineering design and quality inspection of the works and, where appointed by the employer for quantity surveying services in respect of the mechanical installations, for all measurements, valuations, financial assessments and all other quantity surveying and cost control functions

Mechanical Engineer same as above (item 1). This engineer will make site visits whenever needed with a minimum of 10 visits per month (50% part time position). If more visits are needed then the engineer shall make these visits free of charge.
