Entertainment Properties definition

Entertainment Properties means Motion Pictures, Television Motion Pictures, Video Games, Interactive Content, Live Stage Productions, Theme Parks, Animation Parks and Online Distribution Platforms.
Entertainment Properties means motion pictures of every kind and character whatsoever, including all present and future technological developments, whether produced by means of any photographic, electrical, electronic, optical, mechanical or other processes or devices now known or hereafter devised, and their accompanying devices and processes whereby pictures, images, visual and aural representations are recorded or otherwise preserved for projection, reproduction, exhibition, or transmission by any means or media now known or hereafter devised in such manner as to appear to be in motion or sequence, including computer generated pictures and graphics, in each case to the extent commissioned or acquired by, otherwise licensed or granted to, or in which any intellectual property rights are otherwise vested in the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. For the avoidance of doubt, Entertainment Properties includes all audio-visual works to the extent owned by or licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or for which the Company or its Subsidiaries otherwise possess any right, title or interest, that are made for theatrical, video, television, internet, digital devices (including mobile or smart phones), or any other means of exploitation now known or hereafter devised that are used for purposes of commercial viewing such audio-visual works, including all merchandising and licensing items based thereon (including video games).
Entertainment Properties means all films, motion pictures, television programs, Videograms, animated productions, CD-ROMs and other interactive and/or multimedia products, songs, sounds, musical compositions, recordings, and other physical media embodying any of the Copyrights and/or distributed under any of the Marks and any such projects or products in development.

More Definitions of Entertainment Properties

Entertainment Properties means all audio, visual, and audiovisual production works including, without limitation, pilots, series, live action content, mini-series, movies-of-the-week, shorts, interactive content (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, social media content used solely for marketing), and other episodic content and/or specials that have been completed or that are in production with any Group Company, and which (a) are being distributed by or on behalf of any Group Company or (b) in respect of which a Group Company has a copyright interest, distribution rights and/or a current or an ongoing economic interest.

  • Entertainment generally means the attendance by you and your hosts or guests at a meal, sporting event, theater production, or comparable event and also might include travel to, or accommodation expenses at, a conference or an out-of-town event.
