Entertainment Real Estate definition

Entertainment Real Estate means entertainment real estate as so classified by the Borrower including Theaters, eat & play properties and live venues, in each case as so classified by the Borrower (including, but not limited to, EPR Senior Property Loans secured by EPR Senior First Mortgages on such properties).
Entertainment Real Estate means entertainment real estate as so classified by the Company including Megaplex Movie Theaters, Entertainment-Related Retail Improvements, Family Entertainment Centers and similar entertainment venues (including EPR Senior Property Loans secured by EPR Senior First Mortgages on such properties).
