Business Leased Real Property definition

Business Leased Real Property means all real property leased or subleased under the Real Property Leases.
Business Leased Real Property means all Real Property leased by Transferor and used in the Business or by any Acquired Company.
Business Leased Real Property means the real property located in San Diego, California identified in Schedule 1.1(c).

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
