Environmental Quality Standards definition

Environmental Quality Standards means the parameters of quality standards for water, air, noise and other conditions of the environment which are determined as the general criteria for enhancement and conservation of environmental quality.
Environmental Quality Standards means standards established by the Federal/Provincial Agencies under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 6 and approved by the Council under clause (c) of sub- section (1) of section 4;
Environmental Quality Standards means the limits of air, water and land pollution that should not be exceeded.
