  • Within 60 days of the end of the previous calendar year, the Conduct Leader of each Utility in the EPCOR Group will prepare a report to the Conduct Committee detailing the manner in which he/she has discharged the above responsibilities.

Related to EPCOR Group

  • Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Partnership Group means the Partnership and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Company Group Member means each member of the Company Group.
