The “Delivery Period” for the Product to be generated by the Facility and sold by Seller to Buyer shall be for all hours starting at 12:00:01 AM EPT on the Commercial Operation Date through the end of the Term, unless this Agreement is terminated earlier pursuant to its terms and conditions.
By 0500 EPT on the Business Day immediately following the day of delivery, Seller shall provide Buyer with an hourly profile of deliveries for each hour of the previous seven days.
By 0500 EPT on the calendar day immediately preceding the day of delivery, Seller shall provide Buyer with an hourly forecast of deliveries for each hour of the next seven (7) days.

More Definitions of EPT

EPT or “Eastern Prevailing Time” means the prevailing time in the Eastern Time Zone.

EPT means Eastern Prevailing Time which shall be Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Savings Time, as applicable, with respect to any given hour.
