Equipment Lessees definition

Equipment Lessees means the Persons identified in Schedule A to this Agreement (as such schedule may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time), as Equipment Lessees under the Equipment Leases, and any Persons that become Equipment Lessees pursuant to such Equipment Leases (including Replacement Leases).
Equipment Lessees shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of the term "Equipment Lease Agreement" above and are identified on Schedule A.1. to the Disclosure Letter.
Equipment Lessees means the lessees under the Equipment Leases.

Examples of Equipment Lessees in a sentence

  • Within fifteen (15) days of a Casualty Loss, Lessee will provide written notice of that loss to Lessor and Lessee will, at Lessee's option, either (a) replace the item of Equipment with Like Equipment and marketable title to the Like Equipment will automatically vest in Lessor or (b) pay the Casualty Value and after that payment and the payment of all other amounts due and owing with respect to that item of Equipment, Lessee's obligation to pay further Rent for the item of Equipment will cease.

  • All such insurance shall cover Lessee's employees, agents and invitees while in, on or about the Site and while traveling to and from the Site, including losses attributable to the presence of the Equipment, Lessee's employees, agents or invitees while in, on or about the Site.

  • Upon Lessee's acceptance of any Equipment, Lessee's promises to pay rent and perform all other obligations with respect to such Equipment shall become irrevocable and independent, and shall not be subject to cancellation, termination, modification, repudiation, excuse or substitution without the consent of Lessor or any assignee.

  • After the payment of such Casualty Value and all other amounts due and owing with respect to such Equipment, Lessee's obligation to pay further Rent for such Equipment shall cease.

  • In the event Lessee elects to replace such Item of Equipment, Lessee's obligation to pay Rental as set forth in this Lease Agreement shall remain unchanged.

  • If Lessee elects to pay the Casualty Value rather than replace the Equipment, after the payment of such Casualty Value and all Monthly Rent due and owing for the period prior to the date of the Total Casualty with respect to such item of Equipment, Lessee's obligation to pay further Monthly Rent for such item of Equipment shall cease, but Lessee's obligation to pay Rent for all other items of Equipment, shall remain unchanged.

  • The Debtors and their Estates are investigating whether the Estates are owed amounts for certain sales and property taxes paid or owed by the Estates, which may be subject to payment or reimbursement by Equipment Lessees under Equipment Leases that are now owned by the TAA Subsidiaries and the Securitization Subsidiaries.

  • Either the Debtors (prior to the Effective Date, with the consent of the Agent) or the Reorganized Debtors (from and after the Effective Date) may seek to collect these tax payments and reimbursements directly from the Equipment Lessees, or seek other relief from the Bankruptcy Court or other courts of appropriate jurisdiction to recover such payments and reimbursements.

  • All such insurance shall cover Lessee's employees, agents and invitees while in, or about the Site and while traveling to and from the Site, including losses attributable to the presence of the Equipment, Lessee's employees, agents or invitees while in, on or about the Site.

More Definitions of Equipment Lessees

Equipment Lessees means the lessees identified on Schedule A to this Agreement, as supplemented from time to time, and are referenced on Schedule A to the Security Agreement, as lessees under the Equipment Leases and any other lessees under the Equipment Leases, but this term shall not include any lessees whose Equipment Leases cease to be a part of the Collateral and are released therefrom in accordance with and pursuant to the Security Agreement.

"Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
