Equipment Lessees definition

Equipment Lessees means the Persons identified in Schedule A to this Agreement (as such schedule may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time), as Equipment Lessees under the Equipment Leases, and any Persons that become Equipment Lessees pursuant to such Equipment Leases (including Replacement Leases).
Equipment Lessees means the lessees under the Equipment Leases.
Equipment Lessees shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of the term "Equipment Lease Agreement" above and are identified on Schedule A.1. to the Disclosure Letter.

Examples of Equipment Lessees in a sentence

  • Within fifteen (15) days of a Casualty Loss, Lessee will provide written notice of that loss to Lessor and Lessee will, at Lessee's option, either (a) replace the item of Equipment with Like Equipment and marketable title to the Like Equipment will automatically vest in Lessor or (b) pay the Casualty Value and after that payment and the payment of all other amounts due and owing with respect to that item of Equipment, Lessee's obligation to pay further Rent for the item of Equipment will cease.

  • All such insurance shall cover Lessee's employees, agents and invitees while in, on or about the Site and while traveling to and from the Site, including losses attributable to the presence of the Equipment, Lessee's employees, agents or invitees while in, on or about the Site.

  • Upon Lessee's acceptance of any Equipment, Lessee's promises to pay rent and perform all other obligations with respect to such Equipment shall become irrevocable and independent, and shall not be subject to cancellation, termination, modification, repudiation, excuse or substitution without the consent of Lessor or any assignee.

  • In the event Lessee elects to replace such Item of Equipment, Lessee's obligation to pay Rental as set forth in this Lease Agreement shall remain unchanged.

  • The Debtors and their Estates are investigating whether the Estates are owed amounts for certain sales and property taxes paid or owed by the Estates, which may be subject to payment or reimbursement by Equipment Lessees under Equipment Leases that are now owned by the TAA Subsidiaries and the Securitization Subsidiaries.

  • All such insurance shall cover Lessee's employees, agents and invitees while in, or about the Site and while traveling to and from the Site, including losses attributable to the presence of the Equipment, Lessee's employees, agents or invitees while in, on or about the Site.

  • Either the Debtors (prior to the Effective Date, with the consent of the Agent) or the Reorganized Debtors (from and after the Effective Date) may seek to collect these tax payments and reimbursements directly from the Equipment Lessees, or seek other relief from the Bankruptcy Court or other courts of appropriate jurisdiction to recover such payments and reimbursements.

  • At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Lessee shall remove Lessee's Trade Fixtures, Lessee's non-structural Alterations that are not Must-Stay Equipment, Lessee's HVAC Unit (as defined in Addendum 6), Lessee's Condensers (as defined in Addendum 6), and any batteries used by Lessee (collectively, Lessee's "Must-Remove Equipment").

  • The Servicer shall follow such practices and procedures as are consistent with the Servicing Standard and otherwise as it shall deem necessary or advisable and as shall be customary and usual in its servicing of railcar leases and other actions by the Servicer in order to realize upon such a Lease, which may include its best efforts consistent with the Servicing Standard to enforce any recourse obligations of Equipment Lessees.

  • Lessor may inspect the Equipment, Lessee's equipment log and maintenance records upon prior notice to Lessee during normal business hours and in accordance with Lessee's security procedures.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • aircraft operator means a person that operated at least 729 commercial air transport flights departing from Union airports in the reporting period or, where that person may not be identified, the owner of the aircraft;

  • Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.
