Equity Grant Agreement definition

Equity Grant Agreement means any grant agreement into which the Partnership enters with any director, officer, employee, independent contractor, or other service provider of the Partnership or any Subsidiary of the Partnership with respect to the issuance of Class A Common Interests pursuant to the Incentive Equity Plan on or after the date hereof, as may be amended and/or restated from time to time.
Equity Grant Agreement means any grant agreement (including the restricted unit agreements) that the Company or any of its subsidiaries has entered into with respect to the original issuance of Units (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any such agreement entered into prior to the Reorganization, Flip Merger and other reorganization transactions in respect of limited liability company interests in respect of which the Units were issued).
Equity Grant Agreement means a written agreement executed by the Company and the Participant, evidencing the terms of an Award made under the Plan.

  • In the event of a termination under Section 6(b),(d), (e) or (f), any unvested stock option, RSU, or other equity award outstanding as of the date of termination shall become fully vested and, as applicable, exercisable in accordance with the terms of the applicable Equity Plan, the applicable Equity Grant Agreement, or other applicable governing document.
