In the event of a termination under Section 6(b),(d), (e) or (f), any unvested stock option, RSU, or other equity award outstanding as of the date of termination shall become fully vested and, as applicable, exercisable in accordance with the terms of the applicable Equity Plan, the applicable Equity Grant Agreement, or other applicable governing document.
