Equity Option definition

Equity Option means the option of BCP or CPPIB to participate for up to an aggregate of 30% of the equity of the Target, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediate companies.
Equity Option means an option that is issued by a clearing corporation the underlying interest of which is one or more equity securities;
Equity Option has the meaning provided in Section 3.03(c).

More Definitions of Equity Option

Equity Option has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a) of this Agreement.
Equity Option means the option offered to holders of General Unsecured Claims and Trade Vendor Claims to receive a distribution of New GenTek Common Stock and New GenTek Warrants, as provided in Sections 4.3(d) and (e) of the Plan.

Equity Option means the affirmative election by a Holder of a General Unsecured Claim to accept its Equity Distribution Share, in exchange for its claim, pursuant to the terms of Section 4.2 hereof.
Equity Option means an option to purchase a specified number of Units in the Company which meets the requirements set forth in the Plan.
