EQUITY PORTION OF PERIODIC RENT definition

EQUITY PORTION OF PERIODIC RENT means for any Rent Payment Date the difference between (i) Periodic Rent scheduled to be paid under the Facility Lease on such Rent Payment Date and (ii) the principal and interest scheduled to be paid on the Lessor Notes on such Rent Payment Date.
EQUITY PORTION OF PERIODIC RENT means for any Rent Payment Date the difference between (a) Periodic Rent scheduled to be paid under the Facility Lease on such Rent Payment Date and (b) the principal and interest scheduled to be paid on the Notes on such Rent Payment Date.
EQUITY PORTION OF PERIODIC RENT means for any Rent Payment Date (A) with respect to the Rumford Facility, the difference between (i) Periodic Rent scheduled to be paid under the Rumford Facility Lease on such Rent Payment Date and (ii) the principal and interest scheduled to be paid on the Rumford Lessor Notes on such Rent Payment Date, and (B) with respect to the Tiverton Facility, the difference between (i) Periodic Rent scheduled to be paid under the Tiverton Facility Lease on such Rent Payment Date and (ii) the principal and interest scheduled to be paid on the Tiverton Lessor Notes on such Rent Payment Date.

Related to EQUITY PORTION OF PERIODIC RENT

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Periodic Rate Cap With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and any Adjustment Date therefor, the fixed percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note, which is the maximum amount by which the Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan may increase or decrease (without regard to the Maximum Mortgage Rate or the Minimum Mortgage Rate) on such Adjustment Date from the Mortgage Rate in effect immediately prior to such Adjustment Date.

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • RENT ADJUSTMENT Any amounts owed by Tenant for payment of Operating Expenses. The Rent Adjustments shall be determined and paid as provided in Article Four.

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).

  • Cost of Living Adjustment means the percentage (if any) by which the Consumer Price Index for the month of October preceding the adjustment ex- ceeds the Consumer Price Index for the month of October one year before the month of October preceding date of the adjustment.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Base Year Value means the assessed value of eligible property January 1 preceding the execution of the agreement plus the agreed upon value of eligible property improvements made after January 1 but before the execution of the agreement.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

  • CPI Increase means the percentage increase in CPI over the preceding Lease Year as calculated by the fraction whose numerator is (a) the most current CPI available on the date of calculation minus (b) the most current CPI available on the first day of the immediately preceding Lease Year in question (the “Base CPI”), and whose denominator is the Base CPI, but in no event shall the “CPI Increase” be less than zero.

  • Maximum Special Tax means the maximum Special Tax, determined in accordance with Section C below, that can be levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Increased Assessed Value means, for each Fiscal Year during the term of this Agreement, the amount by which the Current Assessed Value for such year exceeds the Original Assessed Value. If the Current Assessed Value is less than or equal to the Original Assessed Value in any given Tax Year, there is no Increased Assessed Value in that year.

  • Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Article 7 of this Sublease.

  • Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:
