Equity Term Sheet definition

Equity Term Sheet means that certain term sheet providing for the issuance of equity in, and the corporate governance of, the New Holding Companies and the Reorganized Debtors, which Equity Term Sheet (together with any schedules and attachments) is attached as Exhibit D to the Disclosure Statement. The provisions of the Equity Term Sheet, will be incorporated into the Corporate Structure and Governance Documents.

Equity Term Sheet means the term sheet, which is attached as Exhibit E to the Disclosure Statement, which sets forth the material terms of the Shareholders Agreement.

Equity Term Sheet means the term sheet set out at Section 9 (Equity Term Sheet) of Schedule 2 (Restructuring Terms).
