Corporate Structure and Governance Documents definition

Corporate Structure and Governance Documents means the documents evidencing the corporate structure and governance applicable to the New Holding Companies and the Reorganized Debtors, including the New Governing Documents, and any other agreements set forth in the Equity Term Sheet, which definitive documents will be substantially in the form filed in the Plan Supplement.
