Equivalent judicial education curriculum definition

Equivalent judicial education curriculum means either a certificate issued by the National Judicial College (NJC) in courses related to administrative law adjudication or twenty (20) hours of judicial education or certification as approved by the department. Equivalency shall be determined by the Department of Human Resources based on recommendations from the employee’s department.

The result is divided by the hospital’s case-mix index, then is further divided by net discharges.

  • Designated LIBOR Currency means the currency specified on the face hereof as to which LIBOR shall be calculated or, if no such currency is specified on the face hereof, United States dollars.

  • Court of competent jurisdiction means a federal court, or a state court that entered an order in a child custody proceeding involving an Indian child, as long as the state court had proper subject matter jurisdiction in accordance with this chapter and the laws of that state, or a tribal court that had or has exclusive or concurrent jurisdiction pursuant to 25 U.S.C.
