ESCO Representative definition

ESCO Representative means the representative nominated by the ESCO to act on its behalf in the administration of this Contract as more particularly described in Schedule 18 (Parties' Representatives).

Examples of ESCO Representative in a sentence

  • Except as provided in Section 15, no modification, amendment or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing specifically referring hereto and signed by the Executive and by an ESCO Representative.
