Escrow Requirement definition

Escrow Requirement means, as of any date of calculation, the sum of an amount in cash and principal amount of Escrow Investments in the Escrow Account which, together with the interest due on the Escrow Investments, will be sufficient to pay, as the installments thereof become due, the Aggregate Debt Service.
Escrow Requirement means the portion of the sale proceeds of the Bonds deposited in the Escrow Fund to be invested and used to refund the Refunded Bonds as provided in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Requirement means, as of any date of calculation, the sum of an amount in cash and principal amount of Investment Obligations in the Escrow Fund which together with the interest to become due on the Investment Obligations will be sufficient to pay the Total Debt Service on the Refunded Bonds in accordance with Schedule A.
