ESIGN Act definition

ESIGN Act means the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, as such act may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
ESIGN Act means the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, a U.S. federal law passed in the year 2000 that grants legal recognition to electronic signatures if all parties to a contract choose to use electronic documents and to sign them electronically.
ESIGN Act means the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act of 2000.
