ESOP Plan definition

ESOP Plan means the Performance Holdings, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan established by Holdings pursuant to the ESOP Plan Declaration.
ESOP Plan means The Newark Group, Inc. Employees’ Stock Ownership Plan dated as of April 22, 2002, as such ESOP Plan may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
