ETFs definition

ETFs means exchange-traded funds which are either UCITS or which are AIFs and which meet the requirements of Regulation 68(e) of the Regulations;
ETFs means exchange-traded funds, including both exchange-traded funds that are open-end investment companies or unit investment trusts.

ETFs means the exchange-traded mutual funds offered under this prospectus, and “ETF” means any one of them;
