Ethane Rejection Mode definition

Ethane Rejection Mode has the meaning given such term in Section 3.4(c).
Ethane Rejection Mode means the operation of the Plant in a mode, whether actual or deemed, that minimizes the recovery of ethane as a component of Plant Products. “Facilities” means the Plant and the SCM GGP System collectively. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and any successor agency having jurisdiction over the services provided by SCM hereunder. “Field FL&U” means the quantity of field fuel utilized for Services plus lost and unaccounted for Gas upstream of the Plant and shall be fixed at five and one-half percent (5.50%) of the quantity, in MMbtu, of Customer’s Gas received and accepted at the Receipt Points. “Fixed Recovery Percentages” means, as applicable, the Full Recovery Fixed Recovery Percentages and the Ethane Rejection Fixed Recovery Percentages. “Force Majeure” is defined in Section 12.1 of these General Terms and Conditions. “Full Recovery Fixed Recovery Percentages” means the contractual fixed recovery percentage for Plant Product components during Full Recovery Mode set forth as follows: Ethane: 90% Propane: 92% Iso-Butane: 98% Normal Butane: 98% Iso Pentane: 99% “Full Recovery Mode” means the operation of the Plant for the maximum recovery of Plant Products. “Gallon” means one (1) U.S. gallon. “Gas” means natural gas produced in its original state from a gas well and/or an oil well. “General Terms and Conditions” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the Agreement. “GPM” means the quantity of Gallons of theoretically recoverable Plant Products contained in one Mcf of Gas, as calculated from chromatographic analysis and as measured at the Receipt Points. “Gross Heating Value” means the gross number of Btus that would be contained in a volume of one Cubic Foot of Gas as further defined by GPA standard 2172 dry basis at Base Conditions. 3

Examples of Ethane Rejection Mode in a sentence

  • Despite an Ethane Nomination directing Processor to operate the Processing Plant in Ethane Recovery Mode, Processor may instead continue to operate the Processing Plant in Ethane Rejection Mode and deliver to Producer the volume of ethane that would have been allocable to Producer had the Processing Plant been operated in Ethane Recovery Mode.

  • If Producer fails to deliver an Ethane Nomination within the time required, Producer shall be deemed to have delivered an Ethane Nomination directing Processor to operate the Processing Plant in Ethane Rejection Mode.

  • After the Ethane Service Commencement Date, the Processing Plant shall be deemed to be operating in Ethane Rejection Mode if the amount of ethane that is recovered from Producer’s Gas is less than or equal to [REDACTED]* of the ethane in Producer’s Gas.

  • In the case where an Ethane Nomination requires Ethane Recovery Mode and Processor continues to operate in Ethane Rejection Mode, during such period Producer shall be allocated Plant Products (other than ethane) on the basis of the Design Recoveries for operating in Ethane Recovery Mode, and the allocation of Residue Gas to Producer shall be determined taking into account the Thermal Content resulting from the application of such Design Recoveries.

  • Subject to the remainder of this subpart (c), with respect to each Jointly-Owned Plant, Provider shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the base operating mode of such Plant to also be Ethane Rejection Mode.

  • In the case where an Ethane Nomination requires Ethane Recovery Mode and Processor continues to operate in Ethane Rejection Mode, during such period Producer shall be allocated Plant Products (other than ethane) on the basis of the Design Recoveries for operating in Ethane Recovery Mode, and the allocation of Residue Gas to Producer shall be determined taking into account the Thermal Content resulting from theapplication of such Design Recoveries.

  • At least one (1) Business Day prior to the date on which any ethane pipeline or other receiving transporter or purchaser requires monthly nominations to be submitted in respect of a Month, Producer shall provide written notice to Processor (each, an “ Ethane Nomination ”), which shall either (x) direct Processor to operate the Processing Plant in Ethane Recovery Mode during such Month or (y) direct Processor to operate the Processing Plant in Ethane Rejection Mode during such Month.

Related to Ethane Rejection Mode

  • Rejection Claim means a Claim arising from the rejection of an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Acceptance Test is a test of the Features executed by the Customer to prepare the acceptance.

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Submitted Sell Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
